Arlo - The House Dog
Arlo, our beloved house dog, offers more than just wagging tails and cuddles. She's a beacon of unconditional love and comfort, often seen cuddling with residents or making peoples day. Arlo reminds us daily of the simple joys in life and the healing power of a furry friend. Whether it's her gentle nuzzles or happy self, Arlo truly makes Rosedale House feel even more like home. she learnt how to be the best therapy Dog off Rosedale's first resident house dog Mr Jake who sadly past recently but will always be remembered!
Julie Edwards - Registered Manager

I came into care as I wanted to do something where I felt I could make a difference to someone's life and where I could meet people from an electric mix of backgrounds. My role is all about relationships where it is a great honour and privilege to be part of people's lives. I worked hard in my career to get where I am today and every moment has been so special to m, being part of someone's life and learning about who they are are as they build trust in me is the most privileged part of my job, being that person who offers a reassuring hug when a person feels upset, being the person who can bring out a smile on someone's face or sharing uncontrollable laughter matters to me and makers a difference and matters to them.
Making a difference is key to my job role and will always remain important to me. The care inspiration was in my heart after dealing with my own mother and father who needed care, it was then I realised I can help others to live their life as normal as possible in a way that matters to them.

Ensuring that Rosedale House remains a safe, comfortable, and state-of-the-art environment, Oliver oversees all facility-related matters with meticulous care. With a strong background in facility management and a keen eye for detail, he ensures our home is not only functional but warm and inviting.
